STORING YOUR BREAD: Our bread is made from scratch and does not contain any preservatives. This will means that our bread will spoil faster than the store-bought bread that you are used to. To keep your bread fresh longer, you should refrigerate or freeze it. Keep products refrigerated for up to 7 days. Keep products frozen for up to 6 months.
BEFORE YOU HEAT YOUR BREAD: We recommend slicing your bread before you heat it if you have a full loaf. Dip the slices or rolls in cool water for 1 second to moisten it slightly. I know, it sounds weird, but trust us. You don't want it sopping wet, so don't leave it immersed in the water for long. You simply want it moistened. It's not the end of the world if you forget, but it definitely sets the bread up for the best texture when reheated!
HEATING YOUR BREAD: You can either toast, bake, or broil your bread to reheat it. If baking, 400 degrees for about 5 minutes (longer if you prefer your toast crispier). If broiling, LOW setting for about 2-3 minutes (longer if you prefer a darker toast, but keep an eye on it because it can burn quickly!)
